Terms of Use for Planning Unlocked Ltd
Last Updated: 17 June 2026
Welcome to Planning Unlocked Ltd ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our corporate website hosted on Vercel and our online learning portal, course materials, and sign-up channels hosted on Teachable, collectively referred to as "the School".
By accessing the School, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
1. Company Information
The School is owned and operated by Planning Unlocked Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
Registered Office Address: Darland House, 44 Winnington St, Northwich, CW8 1AU
Contact Email: help@planningunlocked.com
2. Payments and Merchant of Record
All course fees, subscriptions and transactions are processed through Teachable Inc., who acts as the Merchant of Record. By purchasing a course, you agree to Teachable's transactional terms and payment processing rules. Teachable is responsible for relevant taxes, including UK VAT, and secure handling of financial records.
3. Consumer Cancellation and Refund Rights
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you generally have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of enrollment. If you choose to stream, download or access digital course materials immediately within that period, you acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel. Outside statutory rights or confirmed technical failure, all sales are final unless stated otherwise on a specific course checkout page.
4. Use License
You may temporarily view and download one copy of explicitly marked downloadable materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is a licence, not a transfer of title.
- You may not modify, copy or redistribute the materials.
- You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display.
- You may not reverse engineer website infrastructure.
- You may not remove copyright or proprietary notices.
- You may not transfer or mirror materials on another server.
This licence terminates automatically if you violate these restrictions and may be terminated by Planning Unlocked Ltd at any time. On termination, you must destroy downloaded materials in electronic or printed format.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, videos, text, graphics, layouts, modules and code within the School are the intellectual property of Planning Unlocked Ltd or its licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised use may result in termination of course access and legal action.
6. Disclaimer
The materials are provided on an "as is" basis. Planning Unlocked Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, likely results or reliability of the materials or linked sites.
7. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planning Unlocked Ltd and its suppliers shall not be liable for damages, including loss of data, profit or business interruption, arising from use or inability to use the School. Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
8. Revisions and Errata
Materials may include technical, typographical or photographic errors. Planning Unlocked Ltd does not warrant that materials are accurate, complete or current and may make changes without notice.
9. Links
The Company is not responsible for external linked sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Use of linked websites is at the user's own risk.
10. Modifications to Terms
Planning Unlocked Ltd may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to the then-current version.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use, their subject matter and formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under or in connection with these terms.
